Vice Admiral Philippe Hello

Philippe served in the Training and Force Generation divisions of the Naval Action Force, he was Deputy Chief of Plans for the Amphibious Staff and then Chief of Operations for the Naval Air Group. He was then Future Combat Capability Manager in the French joint staff and Commanding officer of the French Naval academy. At last he was the HR director for the overall ministry of defense dealing with HR and digital transformations from 2015 to 2021 during main recent crisis.
